We are pleased to announce and recognize our 2026 Teacher of the Year. Please join us in a huge congratulations to... Kristen Hammer!

Kristen is the very definition of "Tru Blu."

As a cornerstone of our school since its founding days, she has consistently set the standard for what it means to be a dedicated educator and a compassionate leader.

 Inside the classroom, Kristen is a "department chair extraordinaire" who has taught Biology at an exceptionally high level for years, but her impact extends far beyond the curriculum.

She is a driving force in our outreach efforts having served as our Blood Drive Coordinator while advising the the Red Cross Club, and serves as Beckman High School’s Dino Dash Representative, raising vital funds for Tustin Schools.

Most recently, Kristen showed the true depth of her character by spearheading a program which delivered Holiday wish list items for Beckman students in need.

Whether she is leading her department or caring for our most vulnerable populations, Kristen could not be more deserving of this recognition.
