Course Change Requests
If a student needs to request a class change, they can use the following links to request those changes:
Add/Drop Request
This form is for students requesting to change a course currently listed in their Aeries course requests. Students will need to complete this form for each class you want to change. If your request is approved, your "course requests" will be updated in Aeries.
- Add/Drop form: This form is to be used if a student is asking to drop one class and replace it with another class (mainly this is used to add and drop electives).
CHALLENGE FORM
A Challenge is only required for a request to move to a higher level course when students do not meet the prerequisites that are outlined in the TUSD Course Catalog or are not recommended for the course. If your challenge is approved, your "course requests" will be updated in Aeries.
- Challenge form: This form should be used if a student is requesting to take an AP or Honors level course and they do not meet the pre-requisite for the class.
LEVEL DOWN FORM
The Level Down form is only required for a request to move from a higher level course to a CP level course. If your challenge is approved, your "course requests" will be updated in Aeries.
- Level Down form: This form should be used if a student is asking to level down from an AP or Honors course to a CP level class.
