TICKET INFORMATION:

Early access online during Winter Break for Single tickets only. (not bringing a guest)

BHS Student Single Ticket: These can be purchased In-person (at Student Store) OR Online (on ASB Webstore)!

  • DO NOT PURCHASE Single ticket if bringing a Non-BHS Guest.

BHS Student + NON-BHS STUDENT (Guest) Tickets: These must be purchased In-person (at Student Store) with the completed NON-BHS STUDENT PERMISSION SLIP.

ASB Webstore sales begin 12/20:

  • $75 or $65 w/ASB Decal
    • SINGLE BHS STUDENT TICKETS ONLY!
    • DO NOT PURCHASE Single ticket if bringing a Non-BHS Guest.

In-person sales begin 1/12:

  • 1/12-1/23: $75 or $65 w/ASB Decal
    • NON BHS Guest - $75
  • 1/21-1/22: No in person sales due to a conference.
  • 1/26-1/30 $80 or $70 w/ASB Decal
    • NON BHS Guest - $75
  • 2/2-2/3 $85 or $75 w/ASB Decal - 2/3 is the Last day of online sales
    • NON BHS Guest - $75
  • 2/4: $90 for EVERYONE - THE LAST DAY TICKETS ARE FOR SALE

Purchase Limiters: Permission Slip MUST on File + Zero Detention Hours

NOTE: If you get a message that you cannot purchase this item, it is likely:

  • Student has no permission slip on file
  • Student has unserved detentions

    • Ticket Sales January 12 - February 4
  • PROM
    • Saturday, April 18 / 8:00pm-11:00pm / Coto Valley Country Club
    • Ticket Sales March 16 - April 15

2025-26 Universal Dance Permission Slip

  • Return completed (Filled out, Signed & Dated) Back Side of permission slip to the Student Store.

Beckman Students and Parents fill out ONE universal permission slip per student. The universal permission slip covers ALL 4 dances during the 2025-26 school year.

Once the permission slip has been turned into the student store and is verified/on file, students can purchase tickets as follows:

BECKMAN STUDENT SINGLE TICKET PURCHASES:

  • Beckman Students must have ZERO DETENTIONS at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets can be purchased at the ASB Student Store on campus, OR online through the ASB Online Student Webstore.

BECKMAN STUDENT + “NON BHS STUDENT GUEST” TICKET PURCHASES:

  • Beckman Students must have ZERO DETENTIONS at the time of purchase.
  • These 2 tickets MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME.
  • Tickets can be purchased at the ASB Student Store on campus ONLY.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

DETENTIONS: Students are required to serve ALL detentions before they purchase tickets. Unserved detention hours are flagged in Aeries and the Student Store system and will not allow students to purchase tickets, either in person or online. Any questions regarding detention status can be addressed in the Detention Office on campus.

DANCE DETAILS: Before each dance, information such as dance location, address, and ticket prices will be posted on the windows outside of the ASB Student Store on campus, and on the Beckman High School website (under the “Activities” tab).

PERMISSION SLIPS: We encourage you to download the universal permission slip attached to this message and turn it in to the Student Store, as there will be limited number of paper universal permission slips available outside the ASB Student Store on campus.
