Back-To-School Night

6:00pm - 7:30pm
Dear Parents/Guardians,
You are invited to attend Beckman High School’s Back-to-School Night, Wednesday, August 30th, beginning at 6:00pm. Parents/guardians will report to their child’s FIRST PERIOD class which will start promptly at 6:00. After a brief introductory video, parents will move through their child’s schedule where teachers will present their classroom procedures, expectations, and performance standards. Questions about individual student progress should not be addressed at this time.
Please have your student write down their schedule, with room locations, on THIS DOCUMENT, or print out the schedule from the Aeries parent portal (under Classes) and ask your student to help you mark his/her classroom locations on the map. We will have student schedules available at the Attendance window if you need additional help.
- All PE classes will meet in the gymnasium.
- Due to scheduling conflicts, parents of students with an academic zero period AND an academic 6th period will need to choose which class to attend.
- IVC classes WILL NOT MEET.
- Athletic related classes WILL NOT MEET.

9th Grade Parents! Keep Reading! We will have an additional session specifically designed for 9th Grade Parents beginning at 5:00pm. This session will be let by our 9th Grade Counselors and will take place in the Performing Arts Center (PAC). Seats are limited, so please arrive on time.
