Mr. Padilla is Dr. Rafters Secretary in our front office. He is one of the first faces many of our visitors see when walking into our front office.
Rigo is an essential part of Beckman High School. His kindness, patience, and dedication have a lasting impact on staff, students, and parents. No matter how busy he is, he always takes time to help others with a positive attitude.
Rigo goes beyond his duties to support our staff and community, whether guiding them through various school systems or answering general questions. He listens carefully and ensures everyone feels heard and supported. His ability to handle challenges with professionalism and warmth makes him a role model on campus.
His interactions with parents and staff reflect his commitment to excellent service. He is approachable, hardworking, and always willing to assist. His dedication and work ethic set a high standard, making him truly deserving of the Classified Employee of the Year award. Beckman High School is a better place because of his efforts.
