Tracey is a phenomenal instructor. She cares about each of the students in her class, and offers every student the respect, rigor, and requirements they need. TK is also a key, contributing factor to the success of the English Department. As a department leader, she mixes visionary ideas with impeccable role modeling to help the department to continue to grow and learn. She is organized, creative, dedicated and approachable. She knows English literature inside and out and frequently helps other instructors with curriculum ideas, pacing and lesson planning. Her students love AND respect her because she cares about them AND challenges them simultaneously. She maintains an excellent balance between school, friends, and family. She admires those around her, and is yet still admired by others.
